Deleting your account

Delete your account and everything in it, permanently.

Go to Account settings, Sign in and choose Delete account. Type DELETE to confirm.

This permanently removes your profile, listings, photos, offers and messages. It can't be undone. If you have a paid shop plan, cancel it first so you're not billed again.

The help assistant can also do this for you, but only after you confirm by typing DELETE.
