Signing in with a code

Junkie doesn't use passwords. To sign in, enter your email on the sign in page and we'll email you a 6-digit code. Type the code in and you're in. The email also has a link you can tap instead, but the code works on any device, which the link doesn't.

The code hasn't arrived

• Give it a minute, then check your spam or promotions folder. It comes from hello@junkie.nz.
• Check the email address for typos.
• Ask for a new code. Only the newest code works, and codes expire after a while.
• The help assistant can send you a fresh code too: just ask it.

Never share your code

Nobody from Junkie will ever ask you for your sign in code. If a buyer or seller asks for "a code sent to your phone or email", it's a scam. See Staying safe from scams.
